Designed upgrade of managers business skills in national Educate for Growth!, a governmental specialized education project. Configured parameters and cooperated with the first deputy minister during project implementation.

Research in the Russian Federation in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Kabardino-Balkar Republic, The Republic of Buryatia through Charles University. Negotiated with Russian government bodies and other institutions to allow in the field research, collected and analized data, generated final reports.
